Visiting professor at the University of Wuhan, China; member of the Fachsenat für Steuerrecht [Tax Law Committee] of the Kammer der Wirtschaftstreuhänder [Austrian Chamber of Public Accounting Professions]; accounting, banking and stock market expert for Austrian civil and criminal courts; contributor to Bundesministerium für Finanzen [Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance] draft legislation; author; member of the International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG) an international network of lawyers, tax consultants and auditors. Member of Invernomos - an international Lawyers' association with its registered seat in Zurich.
